Some tips to get you started

Eat healthy and nutritious food

Focus on eating whole foods like fresh fruits and vegetables, lean proteins and healthy grains. Keep a healthy snack with you at all times so you don’t give in to cravings.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day

Remember water helps to flush toxins from your body and keeps your skin looking bright and youthful. Hydrate yourself by drinking at least 8 glasses of water every day.

Aim for at least 8 hours of sleep

Sleep well each night to improve your mood, energy, and productivity. Set a bedtime routine to help you wind down at night. This may include reading a book or taking a bubble bath before bed.

Get Moving!

Schedule time during the day to do some type of physical activity, whether it’s exercise or stretching. Find an activity that you enjoy and make it part of your daily routine. You’ll feel so much better when you finish your day with a workout!

Treat yourself once in a while

This may involve taking a long bath, going out with friends, or getting a massage. Choose something that allows you to relax and clear your mind of all of the things that are worrying you. This will help reduce your stress levels and improve your mood.
