Power & Purpose

Week 3: Solar Plexus – Power & Purpose

Theme: Confidence • Willpower • Identity • Boundaries
Color: Yellow

Here, we activate the fire within. You’ll explore themes of personal power, self-worth, and energetic boundaries. With bold brushstrokes and dynamic color, you’ll paint your empowered self—releasing what dims your light and affirming what strengthens it.

Objective:

Step into your personal power. This class invites bold color, confident expression, and the release of limiting beliefs as you activate your inner fire and claim your sense of self.

A Series of 7 Monthly Intuitive Art & Energy Alignment

Step into a creative exploration of your inner energy system through color, intuition, and guided self-expression.

Chakra Art Journey is a 7-class intuitive painting series designed to align, activate, and deepen your connection to each of the seven major chakras. Through somatic grounding, breath work, guided visualizations, and expressive art-making, you’ll create a visual and energetic journey through your own body and soul.

Each month, we’ll focus on one chakra—exploring its emotional, energetic, and symbolic themes—then paint from that space of embodied awareness. You’ll leave the series with a powerful collection of artwork that reflects your personal healing journey, one energy center at a time.

In this series, you’ll:

  • Connect to each chakra through breath, meditation, and creative flow

  • Express your inner experience through intuitive painting and color

  • Release blocks and activate your natural energy alignment

  • Gain insight and personal guidance through visual journaling and reflection

No art experience is necessary—just a willingness to explore.
Come as you are. Leave more fully connected to yourself.
