Now with the new sound cloud air pillows that you get to lay on, you feel the vibration from all over. The pillow also helps with lower back pain and sciatica. Now you get to truly float in sound!!!

This is a combination of all the techniques we offer for a personalized journey. The journey can last between 2 to 4 hours and includes journaling or other techniques for processing. This is billed by the hour with a 2 hour minimum. A light snack is included.

Nada Yoga or Sound Yoga Therapy is the application of Nada Yoga to produce particular results. We use instrumental sound, seed sounds using the voice, chanting, breath work, and movement to promote joy, peace, self-worth, overcoming obstacles, and can even be used as a complementary treatment for many illnesses. This is a very gentle yoga centered on meditation. The ayurvedic practice has particular sounds, that help support and fortify parts of our body, balance energy centers, uplift our mood, and encourage personal growth.
