Self-Havening® for Sound Healing Practitioners & Energy Workers
Instructor: Eva Tamez Trevino
Registration Fee:

Course Overview:

Sound healing and energy-based practices work most effectively when the nervous system feels safe, regulated, and receptive. Self-Havening® offers sound healing practitioners a neuroscience-informed self-regulation tool that complements vibrational and energetic modalities.

Through gentle touch and focused awareness, Self-Havening® supports calming brainwave activity and stress-response modulation, helping practitioners regulate their own state before, during, or after sessions. This enhances presence, attunement, and energetic clarity while reducing practitioner fatigue.

In this class, sound healers will explore the neurophysiological principles behind Self-Havening® and learn how to integrate it into personal practice, session preparation, and post-session integration. Emphasis is placed on self-care, grounding, and maintaining nervous system balance when working with others.

This training set Self-Havening® as a foundational self-regulation and self-support practice, enhancing the sustainability, effectiveness, and embodied awareness of sound healing and energy-based work.
