Instrument Rentals at Rooted In Sound

Rooted In Sound offers professional instrument rentals for sound practitioners, facilitators, musicians, educators, and wellness spaces.
All instruments are maintained, tuned, and prepared for professional use.

Rentals are available by the day, with discounted weekly rates.
All rentals begin with a required rental consultation.

How Instrument Rentals Work

  1. Review the available instruments and pricing below.

  2. Schedule a Rental Consultation through the Vagaro app.

  3. During the consult, we confirm availability, dates, accessories, and pickup/return details.

  4. A rental agreement is signed before release of any instrument.

All renters are responsible for the full replacement value of rented items if lost, stolen, or damaged.

Gong Rentals

Rental includes two sets of mallets.
Gong stands are rented separately.

  • Gongs up to 30″ — $30 per day

  • Gongs 31–34″ — $40 per day

  • Gongs 36–40″ — $50 per day

Gong Stands (additional):

  • Single stand — $10 per day

  • Double stand — $50 per day

Weekly Rental Discount

Rentals of 7 consecutive days receive a 20% discount on instrument fees.
