• Explore breathwork, visualization, and hand-positioning variations to boost energy flow

• Discover ways to work with intention, symbols, and guided focus for deeper results

• Develop intuitive listening and body-based awareness to better support your clients

• Practice grounding, protection, and clearing methods to maintain your own energy
