Course Overview:
In this introductory level, students will be introduced to the foundational principles of Peter Hess® Sound Massage. This hands-on course teaches participants how to use therapeutic singing bowls to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance well-being. You’ll learn the basic techniques for administering sound massage, including how to use the singing bowls on the body and experience their effects.

Level 1 introduces participants to the core principles of sound massage, teaching how to use therapeutic singing bowls to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance well-being. Students will practice applying sound vibrations on the body, experiencing the profound effects firsthand.
