Join us for an intimate sound bath experience with Rooted in Sound inside Pittsburgh Float Spa.

This special event will fill the space with the immersive resonance of gongs, singing bowls, and other therapeutic instruments, creating a deeply calming environment for rest, reflection, and relaxation. Guests will be invited to settle onto a yoga mat and allow the layers of sound to guide them into a meditative, restorative state.

Yoga mats will be provided. You are welcome to bring a small blanket, pillow, bolster, eye pillow, or anything else for comfort, as long as it fits within the space of your mat.

Space is very limited to preserve the intimate atmosphere of the event.

There will be two sessions on September 6:

3:00 PM and 6:00 PM
