Once a month, this extended sound bath takes the place of our regular Thursday session. Each gathering explores one element and how to bring it into your daily practice and everyday life. We begin with Earth: grounding, stability, and coming home to your body.

Wyatt and Patrick will play together, layering gongs and therapy-grade Himalayan singing bowls to help you settle deep into the ground beneath you. Along the way, you'll hear simple ways to carry Earth with you, whether through a daily ritual or a small shift in how you move through your day.

Afterward, stay for light refreshments and tea and connect with others in the community.
