We dig into what sets Jeremy's work apart: while many sound healers draw from Eastern traditions, Jeremy's practice is rooted in Western mystical lineages — Pythagorean sacred geometry, cymatics, and contemplative Christian and Sufi mysticism. He walks us through what a session actually looks like, from building sacred space through breath and visualization to toning, vocal feedback, and working with elemental forms like the tetrahedron and octahedron.
