About Eva Tamez Trevino
I graduated medical school in Mexico and followed it with a master´s degree in Immunology and eventually a doctorate degree in Medical Microbiology.
In 2004, I began experiencing debilitating physical ailments and found myself being referred from one doctor to another, leaving me with more questions than answers. Soon, it became clear to me that conventional medicine was not going to be able to provide me with the answers I needed.
I was eventually diagnosed with PTSD, Fibromyalgia, and pre-Diabetes. Not finding my answers through traditional methods, I decided it was time to explore a new approach to my recovery, which lead to a physical, mental and spiritual healing journey. During this quest for answers, I began to explore the fields of nutrition, sound, biofield-based practices, personal development, trauma-informed care, neuroscience-based approaches, and Bioenergetics. I was constantly striving to find ways to help myself and any others that may be experiencing similar situations.
These years of exploration and research brought a deep transformation to my life and I wanted to share what I had learned with others. So, in 2017 I opened my first practice in Pittsburgh.
I believe that each person’s approach to balance restoration is as unique as they are.
